Making a Significant Impact!

At Southbrook, we are blessed all year long by passionate, servant-leaders.  Our volunteers fill so many vital roles in order to make this ministry possible.  They have invested in the lives of others for eternity.

For those special people, the ones we love so very much, we are hosting a celebration.  The Southbrook staff has been busy planning and working on a special evening for this Friday night!  It’s about building our relationships stronger and pouring blessing on them.

There are probably several of these special people who feel like their contribution is insignificant.  They are wrong about that.

If only we could pull back the curtain, the curtain of the eternal.  If Southbrook volunteers could see the spiritual impact they are having on lives around them as they give of themselves, they would be blown away and encouraged.  Rave is an event where we want to thank them for the significance of their sacrifice.

We are celebrating this Friday night because these volunteers are following Jesus Christ and imitating him.

“And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.”  Philippians 4:8

  1. When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Thanks! 210102
